With Ephesians 2:10 as the foundational scripture, the SHBC Youth Ministry was established January 2019 by Sis. Dawn S. James, faithful parents, and the aid of Bro. Earnest Joseph and Bro. Kevin O’Neal as a way for the youth to serve in and outside of the church.  Some of the many ways our youth are an active part of worship service are as a choir, having various fellowships, participating in outreach activities, as well as leading the devotional period on 1st Sundays each month.  Youth ministries are ever-changing as its members grow up and move forward.  Nevertheless, the SHBC youth remain steadfast and are a testament that when two or three are gathered, God is there in the midst.
