As led by Charmain Kenneth Tate, the Deacon & Deaconess Ministry carries great responsibility within the church congregation.  As outlined in Acts 6, the service and care they provide to the members allows the pastor to concentrate on prayer and preaching the Word of God.  The deacons and deaconesses also support the pastor in his leadership of the congregation.
